Plan your week

Use the calendar to schedule sessions ahead, pre-pick muscle groups, and speed up your next check-in.

The hardest part of a workout is often deciding what to do. Planning ahead moves that decision to a moment when you are not already standing in the gym.

Schedule a session

Open the Trainings tab for a month view of everything you have trained and everything you have planned. Tap a future day and choose Plan Workout.

Pick the muscle groups for that session and tap Save Plan. The day now shows a Planned marker.

Solid days are trained, outlined days are planned ahead.

Your check-in fills itself in

On a day with a plan, checking in pre-selects the muscle groups you chose. Confirm and start, with no scrolling through the list mid-warm-up.

You are not locked in. Add or remove muscle groups at check-in, or during the workout itself. The plan is a starting point, not a contract.

Plans from the coach

Plans the AI Coach generates land here too. Accept a plan it suggests and it is saved to the calendar exactly like one you built yourself.

Reading the month back

The same calendar is your history. Completed workouts, planned sessions and rest days in one view. It is the fastest way to see whether last month looked like the month you intended.

Change your mind about a session? Open the day and tap Delete Plan.
