Meet your AI Coach
Personalised workout plans, progress analysis, and fitness answers based on your actual training history.
Most fitness AI gives generic advice because it knows nothing about you. The Ratz coach starts from your logged workouts, so its answers are about your training and not training in general.
It is included free. No subscription, no paywall.
Set it up once
Open the Coach tab and answer four quick questions:
- Experience: beginner, intermediate, or advanced
- Goals: strength, muscle, fat loss, endurance, or general fitness
- Current top lifts: leave blank if you are not sure, you can update later
- Days per week you want to train
That is the profile it reasons from. Everything after this uses your real workout history alongside it.
Generate a workout plan
Tap Generate a workout plan and the coach builds a session based on what you have trained recently, what you have been skipping, and your weekly target. If leg day has quietly not happened in two weeks, it notices.
Accept the plan and it saves straight to your calendar. Your next check-in picks up those muscle groups automatically.
Analyse your progress
Tap Analyze my progress for a read on your training over time: which lifts are moving, which have flattened, which muscle groups you are neglecting, and where to put the effort next.
Ask it anything
The chat box takes anything: form questions, whether to train through soreness, what to eat before an early session, how to break through a plateau. Answers come back shaped by your profile and your history, not a generic article.
